If you highlight a selection of files and click on "Download" the system will begin to download each of these files in parallel, meaning that it will start downloading as many files as allowed by your "Options" settings for Maximum Downloads, and the rest will be queued. Regardless of whether you've clicked on "Download All," the download will stop after any of these identical files has been successfully downloaded. Additionally, if you've previously attempted to download a file but it didn't work, when you attempt to download the same file again it will either resume from where you left off or overwrite your existing fragment of a file. However, if you've already successfully downloaded a file, it will first ask if you want to override the existing file before doing so. |

The Grouped feature is a Smart Downloader component of EasyMP3. The "Grouped" feature can be activated by checking this box. This feature functions by clustering together search results with similar file names and sizes. When your search results appear, they'll be clustered together with similar titles symbolized by the presence of an arrow next to the file name. |
The small arrow pointing up will maximize the bottom half of the EasyMP3 screen and will hide all the search results, allowing you to view only the downloads in progress. The small arrow pointing down will maximize the upper half of the EasyMP3 screen and will hide all the downloads in progress. You can also hold your mouse down and drag the bar up or down. |

Connecting: the file is about to start being downloaded
Downloading: indicates that a file is currently in the process of being downloaded
Queued: The "Queued for __ busy" message occurs when the server refuses your download because it is too overloaded. EasyMP3 will continue to retry the download as long as it gets the busy signal.
Download Interrupted: the network tried to make a connection over the Internet, but failed to do so in the amount of time allotted.
Complete: the file was successfully downloaded. |
The "Progress" column indicates what percentage of the file has been downloaded.
The "Speed" column indicates the rate at which the file is being downloaded (in Kilobytes/second). |
Stop Download stops the download in progress. |
